Whether you have an abundance of zucchini from your garden in the summer or just crave a moist muffin any time of year, these Double Chocolate Zucchini Muffins are super delicious.

Quick and easy, less than an hour to make with just 10 healthy ingredients. I keep all but the zucchini stocked in my pantry. I substituted ghee in place of grass fed butter, maple syrup in place of agave nectar and use Enjoy Chocolate Chips to eliminate soy lecithin.
The next time I may try adding some walnuts or during the holidays some crushed candy canes on top. What additions would you make?
